California Divorce Mediation

We provide low-cost mediation and counseling services for divorce, alimony, support, and child custody issues in the greater Orange County area, including the production and filing of all necessary legal paperwork -- without the expense of hiring an attorney.

For a low hourly rate we meet with couples for a predetermined number of sessions until we have reached an agreement that satisfies both parties. We help with all the issues: child custody, child support, parenting plans, Dissomaster, modifications, alimony, and division of property. We also address any issues that are specific to your individual needs. Included in the fee is the preparation of the divorce paperwork by a qualified Legal Document Assistant. You may never have to enter a court room!

The paperwork required by the State of California for a Divorce or Legal Separation is overwhelming for almost everybody. It is time consuming, complicated and held to rigid standards by the Courts. Our certified Legal Document Assistant completes all the necessary paperwork and files everything in the appropriate county courthouse.
